David Levy has always worked creatively with metals, from BMX builds in high school to metal sculptures at university. It should hardly be a surprise then that he worked with tubing manufacturer Reynolds to produce the innovative rear dropout on this gravel road bike, which he introduced to us at NAHBS this February. Apart from running Ti Cycles, David is the sitting president of the Oregon Bicycle Constructors Association.
